(Please read thoroughly before booking/Upon booking you hereby agree to these Terms & Comditions)
In order to secure my services for your date, I ask for a 20% retainer payment and to be paid no later than 10 Days after your initial inquiry and quotation.
Acceptable payment forms are by Bank Transfer or Cash.
If no payment is received within these 10 days your date may become released and available for booking again.
If you need extra time with this please message me - Payment Options May be available.
All costs for Travel to a booked event that has less than 3 people or services will incur a flat rate travel fee of $30.00 for Auckland Locations and to be paid by the clients.
Northland Locations will be charged travel on a case by case basis.
Cost may include but are not limited to; Airfares, Accommodation, Transport and/or Parking fees.
Larger Group/Bridal Party Bookings
To secure a date a signed contract by 1 member of the group is required with a 20% retainer payment.
If your group are splitting payment individually please organize so that someone collects each payment from each member of the group before hand to make for an easy final transaction - the person responsible for the entire balance is the person who has signed the contract.
Please be advised that dates and schedule of makeup times will only be confirmed when a signed contract and retainer payment are received.
I take the utmost care and pride in my work with each booking.
Makeup will be completed to clients satisfaction.
Acceptance of completed makeup application by client at the end of the application is acknowledgement that the makeup done is to his/hers satisfaction.
Feedback after appointments are welcomed & wanted - I am absolutely able to make changes or alterations before you leave to assure your fully satisfied.
Service & Requirements (Please Read)
Where possible clients are advised to be ready for their makeup booking with clean/cleansed skin that is lightly moisturized.
If hair services are included in your booking clients are also advised to shampoo/condition then completely dry hair at least 16-24 hours before the booking.
Extra charges may apply if I have to account for extra time to dry your hair prior to styling.
Remember to wear a button down shirt or dressing gown for your appointment so you don't mess up your style or makeup while getting dressed.
All people involved in makeup and/or hair appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract.
Any additional services outside of the contract will only be performed at the discretion of the Makeup artist/Hair stylist.
Trial Makeup (Consultation) is available for services that do not include one.
This is a separate cost and is due when service is rendered.
Please call at least 24 hours in advance to re-schedule a trial should you not be able to attend, otherwise it will be counted as a missed appointment and added to the final balance.
All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application.
Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to the makeup booking and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
Tineall Love Makeup & Beauty will not be liable for any skin complications due to an allergic reactions, or any accidents or damages that should arise while on location or during bookings.
Acceptable forms of payment are by bank transfer or cash.
The remaining 80% balance is to be paid no later than 2 days BEFORE your event.
Late fee’s may occur at $50.00 per late day and added to final balance.
Upon agreement with Tineall payment can be made in cash on the day of - but before any services commence.
Last minute bookings (those with 2 days or less until the date of their event) are payable in full upfront in order to secure these dates.
All retainers are non-refundable so please take consideration of this should you need to cancel any services or appointments.
A booking arrangement can not be changed after the artist arrives for the appointment but should you still need to cancel services the full remainder of the funds owed for the booking will still be charged to the person whom signed the contract.
Cancellations must be made within 2 - 3 months for Weddings or 2-3 Weeks for Other Bookings prior to the date booked in order to not incur full payment liabilities/loss of income fee.
Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the retainer & any payments made up to, is the only liability to Tineall Love Makeup & Beauty and any or all of its employees or agents in the unlikely event they can no longer perform services for any reason and the client decides they don't want/need the replacement artist that is suggested for replacement.
